My journey started back in 2010 with a diagnosis of Rheumatoid Arthritis that rocked my world. It came as a shock as I had a healthy lifestyle, loved working out, loved the outdoors and loved good homemade food so I didn’t consider myself to be the typical candidate for a chronic illness.
The thought of an illness that would limit my movement and my life was abhorent to me. After trying them, I chose not to take immunosuppressant drugs and instead decided to take the natural route, changing diet and lifestyle. I learned a lot along the way and also gained two more autoimmune conditions, you can read the long story here!
I became an expert in my own body and conditions and this led me to becoming a wellness and meditation coach. I also learned how on paper I looked like the least likely person to get ill at a young age, when I dug deeper and looked into how past trauma, stress and negative beliefs also affect our health and body, and I realised it wasn’t so suprising after all.



Everything happens for a reason and my experience has led me on the most fulfilling journey of my life so far and I want to pass on the lessons I’ve learned and help you.
